Shipping policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to international destinations.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: éclat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
éclatis not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
éclat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will do our best to assist in locating your package, but ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of their order.
Shipping Insurance:
Shipping insurance is available upon request. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange for shipping insurance coverage. Additional fees may apply.
